Prove-it™ StripArray consists of eight successive reaction vials with a microchip at the bottom. StripArray assays are easy to process providing high throughput and reliability for the routine diagnostics users. The StripArray platform provides flexibility also in the sample volumes, as the vials in one strip do not have to be used in a single process. Handling of the strips is fast and easy.
The microarray detection and analysis of the StripArray assay results is performed with the Prove-it™ StripArray System. A compact instrument with a built-in computer and Prove-it™ Advisor software enables analysis of up to 96 samples in a single process. Besides the software has tools for specific analysis of only selected samples. The automated workflow reduces a risk of human error and the sophisticated Prove-it™ Advisor software provides reliable result analysis and report. Prove-it™ StripArray System is suitable for all laboratories using PCR technique.
Prove-it™StripArray System is compatible with the Prove-it™ TubeArray platform. Thus, all Prove-it™ products regardless of the assay platform, can be analyzed with the Prove-it™StripArray System instrument.
Assay principle: detection of the result is based on DNA hybridization to the capture oligos on the chip. The reaction is visualized by HRP induced TMB substrate based precipitation staining of the biotin-labeled PCR product.
