Prove-it™ TubeArray assays are 2ml reaction tubes containing a microchip at the bottom. TubeArray platform provides great flexibility in sample volumes, ease-of-use and reliable results for the routine diagnostics users. Handling of the tubes is as easy and straight forward, as any tubes in the laboratory.

There are two options for the microarray detection and analysis of the TubeArray assay results:
Prove-it™ TubeArray System - a small and simple reader device coupled with a laptop
Prove-it™ StripArray System - an automated microarray detection and analysis robot with built-in computer

Both systems include Prove-it™ Advisor software providing automated analysis and result report.
Prove-it™ Systems are suitable for all laboratories using PCR technique.
Assay principle: detection of the result is based on DNA hybridization to the capture oligos on the microarray. The reaction is visualized by HRP induced TMB substrate based precipitation staining of the biotin-labeled PCR product.
