The Prove-it™ Biobank covers an integrated collection of biological materials, gene sequences, and in silico methods that together enable
high throughput rational design of microbial primers and specific oligonucleotide probes.
Mobidiag has unique collection of biological material. It consists of clinical samples and well-characterized reference microbial strains, most of which have been purchased from international strain collections.
In addition to biological material, a number of gene sequences have been deposited in the Prove-it™ Biobank.
Prove-it™ Biobank includes bioinformatic tools that allow the scientist to apply a rational design for the creation of Prove-it™ product content. As know-how increases within Mobidiag, this knowledge will guide the algorithms further, increasing throughput of the research and development.
