Mobidiag’s new Prove-it™ StripArray platform enables greater assay content for new applications and improves throughput by automatic analysis of up to 96 patient samples in a single process

Helsinki, Finland 16 May – the Finnish biotech company Mobidiag announced today the new Prove-it™ StripArray platform, which provides high reliability and ease-of-use for the routine diagnostics users. Operating a series of samples on StripArray is faster and the semi-automated workflow reduces risk of human error. Compared to Mobidiag’s previous generation platform, Prove-it™ StripArray triples assay content capacity. This enables broader target panel. The wide-range platform provides high throughput for all Mobidiag’s current and future applications. In addition, it enables different applications to be united into one assay. Prove-it™ StripArray will be available in June 2009.
