Lab-on-Chip device

• Integrates and automates the DNA amplification and microarray detection technologies on a single disposable device.
• The whole device has the dimensions of a glass slide, but the functionality is implemented in a 1 cm2 silicon chip.
• The silicon chip includes the DNA amplification channels buried in the silicon and the microarray area. The silicon chip contains heating elements that enable precise temperature control during the PCR and hybridization processes.

Lab-on-Chip Instrumentation

• The Workstation controls the Lab-on-Chip device temperature during the PCR and hybridization processes.
• The Reader is used for the detection of the fluorescence based microarray.
• Both instruments are very compact and affordable.

Prove-it™ Advisor

• Controls the instrumentation.
• Provides the analysis and reporting of the assay results.
