TubeArray is a micro reaction vial containing a microarray chip at the bottom. The principle of the detection of the target DNA is based on HRP induced precipitation staining of the biotin-labeled PCR product as shown below. The results of TubeArray based assays are detected with Prove-it™ TubeArray Reader. The result detection, analysis and reporting are fully automated and take less than 20 seconds with the Prove-it™ Advisor software.
